Dada S.p.A. with registered office in Strada Provinciale 31, 20010 Mesero (MI) (Italy), in the capacity of processing controller hereby informs you about the use of your personal data and your rights, in accordance with Italian regulations on personal data protection (Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 of the existing consolidated text).
The data provided by you by completing the form below will be processed in respect of the laws in force on personal data protection, as well as issues linked to security and confidentiality. Your personal data will be collected and processed to respond to your requests. The provision of your data for those purposes is a necessary condition in order for us to formulate the response which will otherwise not be provided. The personal data is stored at the Controller’s headquarters and is processed using paper and/or electronic/computer tools in respect of the minimum security measures.
Access to the data is restricted to personnel duly appointed by the Controller and it may be sent to third parties that perform, for the Controller, organisational and technical services and to implement the services necessary to manage the relationship correctly (to obtain the list, please contact the Controller). Your data may, in addition, also be viewed by the company that manages the website, limited to technical accesses for maintenance and management requirements of the web server. Your data will not be disseminated.

You may exercise the rights set out in Art. 7 of the Code at any time, including the right to access your data, to verify its content and exactness, to request its supplementation, to update, modify and delete it, to block it due to a breach of law and to object to its processing for valid reasons and for purposes of commercial information and advertising. Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003: Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1) The interested party is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to him, even if not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form.
2) The interested party is entitled to obtain an indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing done using electronic tools;
d) of the identification details of the controller, managers and representative appointed in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated or which may come to know of it in the capacity of representative appointed in the State territory, managers or officers.
3) The interested party is entitled to obtain:
a) the update, rectification or, where appropriate, supplementation of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or block on data processed in breach of the law, including that whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except where that fulfilment is found to be impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4) The interested party is entitled to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data relating to him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, to the processing of personal data relating to him for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the completion of market research or commercial communication
